Adjacent to Gifu Station – the gateway to Gifu prefecture - GIFU CITY • TOWER 43 debuted as Tokai region's definitive landmark in 2007. Amid the growing momentum toward this area's redevelopment including the JR rail yards, a competition for a future renovation plan was held. Selected as a project partner, we tackled the challenges of creating a high-quality structure, of preserving the environment, and of undertaking comprehensive and rational construction cost management while making every effort to bring into being a new town that carried on the area's historic and cultural legacies. In addition to retail facilities, this multi-purpose high-rise contains medical and welfare facilities, a regional broadcasting station, and an observation deck that commands an amazing view of the city of Gifu.
